Congratulations to Ms. Debbie Shepp, Campus Operations Coordinator for being the first recipient of the John K. Crosswell Hero Award.  This award is given quarterly to an employee, volunteer or other friend of Crosswell Home, who has shown outstanding service to the children of Crosswell and  has truly made a difference in the lives of others.  Ms. Shepp was nominated for the award by Ms. Joye Tisdale, one of the Home's residential staff.  Ms. Tisdale nominated Ms. Shepp because of her tireless work for the children and staff, her friendly smile and always making sure everyone has what they need.  Ms. Tisdale wrote of Ms. Shepp, "a hero is someone you really miss when they aren't around and that is Ms. Debbie".   

Congratulations again to Ms. Shepp and thank you for all the love and dedication you show to all the children each and every day.
